Gave in and took a couple of robaxacil for my back this aft. I know i am not supposed to but i really needed just a bit more relief than i was getting. It's tolerable but it's always there you know? I'll go back to work tomorrow though. need to see the chiro and i'm not too bad sitting down anyway.

Called my friend alan this aft and had a nice long chat about movies mainly. He's seen the movie i was supposed to see Friday night, Swimming Pool. Said it was brilliant! damn! well i wasn't going to see it anyway. Must find out if Tracey liked it, gave her the ticket.
