Apr. 3rd, 2015 08:35 amNot sure why i was up at 7:30 on Good Friday but here I am. I wake up, got to the toilet and then sometimes can't get back to sleep. That's the dangers of my body normally used to getting up at 6 for work 5 days a week. I didn't stay up really late last night so i suppose that's why the early start. Sleeping in on a weekend for me still usually means about 8 or 8:30 unless i was up really late reading. That gives me another half hour or so on the wake up time!
four day weekend. Got lots to do. Going to my mom's today to help her do some computery stuff and later this afternoon, meeting up with the cake ladies about the wedding cake.
Have another wedding related errand tomorrow, plus a bunch of other things to do. Sunday may be a day of rest, we'll see. Other than tidying up, laundry etc. and Monday I have a facial at the spa then Mom and I are going to go looking for a wedding outfit for her. I've got her car for the weekend otherwise it would take me three times as long to get through my list! The wedding is five Saturdays from tomorrow!
G. ordered a frock coat but when it arrived, he didn't think it looked very nice. fine if it was just for a costume but not as a nice wedding jacket so it's gone back and now he still has to find a suit. I have a feeling we'll be suit shopping in the day or two after he arrives here! There is one in the Sears Catalogue that's half price and looks nice but it's chancy to order it. There won't be time for adjustments. If it doesn't fit, it's easy enough to take back and we can then shop for one. I'll ask him and see what he thinks.
