On the road (er...rails) again

Off to a little town called Amherst this weekend on the train. My friend Connie and her hubby live there. It's about a 3 hour journey and i'm leaving around dinnertime tomorrow. Then Saturday we're going to drive back towards Halifax an hour and 20 to have lunch with another mutual online pal who's here from Ontario for a family function this weekend. :) Will do a bit of shopping while there as this town has some nice shops with nice Christmas stuff in them. So up on Friday, back on Sunday afternoon. A nice little break. And a waterbed!
