Oooh and i bought a pair of shoes in John David for $50 total, They had a rack of ballet flats in all sorts of patters, lots of sparkly shiny ones and i wavered between the plain black satin ones and the ones that had a black lace over a pale base but in the end i got the black ones as they would go with more. I'm thinking for my black skirt and burgundy skirt as well as with black pants. They have a zebra print inside too! They are from Shelley's of London (Carnaby Street) and i found a photo on their website..where i've seen some other shoes and a pair of boots i like too. I think i see a visit to the shop in my future seeing as there is a branch in Manchester city center. There IS a shoe-god!

I am so envious! Because of my stupid orthotics, my days of wearing fun shoes are long gone. Grrrrr! I love shoes!

I think i could wear orthotics in these though it is not something i'd wear every day. but i don't wear skirts every day either

They are fairly wide, they have to be for my feet. A slight little bit tight across the toes of one foot but i think they'll stretch. That's also the foot with the bunion.
