Tired this morning

Losing one measly hour in the spring time change sure does make a difference. You wouldn't think it would you? But there i was last night awake for ages and kept waking up all night. Knackered today. I also have the beginnings of a cold that i've been fighting off all weekend with extra vitamin C, Zinc and echinacea. I don't know how much good it's doing but it can't hurt.

Going over my packing list i seem to have 7 tops for 9 days away. That's wrong isn't it? I need to cut that down to 5 max. The long range forecast appears to be a damp one for most of next week dammit but typical of my luck with the weather gods. I'll have to get an umbrella after all. Guess we'll just have to spend more time *inside* the shops :)

Ugh - I hope you have whipped that cold into submission! How's your Mom's back? And no matter which tops you leave at home, those will always be the ones you *should* have brought. :D

Well, so far, even after a few days, it's still only a head cold. I can handle it if it doesn't go into my chest. I'll keep packing the vitamins and hoping for the best.

I know I always prefer travelling to warm locations but after the HOT vacation in Las Vegas, I'm just as glad it will be a lot cooler in London for sight-seeing. And you know how weather changes. It's not "dampening" my excitement any I can tell you that! As long as we don't have (slanted) pouring rain! Hard on the arthritis but I'm taking my Imodium just in case.Back isn't too bad. I may be walking to London on the flight. Sitting can be murder on a tender back so I'll be up and moving a lot.So here we go!! Pip! Pip! And 'all that!!!!
