This is very cool. It's an Italian artist, Guido Daniele, that does body and hand art where he paints animals and birds on a hand. Click the photo below to get to the site with the rest of the pics. There are two pages, use the drop down list and choose "Handimals 1" or 2. I'm pretty sure it's not photoshopped, the website indicates this is a multimedia artist and he does a lot of different kinds of body painting in addition to photography and other types of graphic art.
