The gym workout was ok. My shoulders didn't bother me much at all, though by that time they were a bit tender. They don't like being stabbed with small sharp spikey things! The only concession i made was to use lighter weights for the shoulder exercises when i realized they weren't going to pain me, just niggle a little bit. Tonight they are a bit more sore. but again it feels more like the kind of sore resulting from the needle. I haven't looked to see if there's any bruising or swelling. And both shoulders are about the same level of tenderness. H1N1 in the right one, normal flu shot in the left. (I'm left handed). I guess i'll see how it is tomorrow. No big deal though. I'm sure it will only last a day or two or three.
We are waiting for a storm tonight. The snow is already falling. It's supposed to turn to ice pellets as well but then turn to rain overnight. Probably all the snow will be rained away by tomorrow. That's fine by me! I am off tomorrow. Have a doctor's appointment and i will probably do some errands after. I do have to get some rolls of wrapping paper because i have a few larger gifts to wrap and the gift bags would be too unwieldy.
