ONE WEEK

Am really getting excited now. A week from today i'll be pulling my suitcase down to the car to head to the airport woooohoooo!

Yesterday was meant to be a slob out day but i went to Mom and Dad's and trimmed their tree. It looks quite nice if i do say so myself. I insisted that the lights already be on the tree since i did not want to become entangled like i did two years ago while undecorating.

Today was very slow and quiet at work. Tomorrow i have a pedicure at lunchtime. Shiny toes!!

Am sitting here with raspberry hot chocolate and watching General Hospital and wondering if we are going to get that snow/rain storm tonight. It's supposed to warm up again for Christmas though so it looks like it's going to be another green one. I should try to remember to watch Corrie this week in the evening and make notes so i can post my last edition of Corrie Comments before i go. It won't get done if i watch on Sunday since i'll be at Mom's.

Mailbox filled today, four cards including one with an annual photo of two beautiful boys, sons of old friends of mine. :)

Ohhh Mom, Carolyn is tentatively planning to come visit on Boxing Day!
